The Aspiring Aviators, along with the Infinity Aero Club of Tampa, had the chance to conduct a full engine rebuild for our Aeronca Champion. The rebuild started Tuesday with the engine getting its final tests on Saturday. Thanks to all of our donors we hope to get the Aeronca Champion flyable this summer!
The Second Annual Airways to Fairways Golf Tournament
Thank you for all of the support for the 2nd Annual Aspiring Aviators Airways to Fairways Golf Tournament, held this year on January 15th, 2022. This year's event was excellent despite the still ever-present pandemic. The First Annual Airways to Fairways Golf Tournament
On January 16, 2021, the Aspiring Aviators Aero Club hosted its first major fundraising event, "the first Annual Airways to Fairways Golf Tournament". This event hosted at Willowbrook Golf Course gave the golfers the chance to play golf and win some great prizes, while also supporting the AAAC in its mission to inspire and educate the next generation of aviators. Thank you to everyone who participated in this event as well as our sponsors.
